Eric Colton, CEO & Chairman of the Board

Eric Colton is a Servant Leader/C Level Executive that has served in the aerospace and defense, security, cyber security, water treatment, renewable energy, apparel and footwear and marketing and advertising markets. Mr. Colton has a passion for identifying an opportunity, casting a vision, developing a plan and placing a strong management team to build a solid business and accomplish the plan. Inspiring his team and achieving excellence in all areas of the business is top priority for Mr. Colton as he drives aggressive market penetration, rapid revenue generation and above benchmark profitability.

Mr. Colton is the co-founder of Zero Quadrant, Inc., where his vision is being realized to provide best in class solutions to some of the world’s most complex problems in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Zero Quadrant, Mr. Colton served as an executive in Hawk Apparel, where he led the company to secure a Global Master Distribution Agreement with Lalo, LLC to distribute the Lalo brand tactical boots worldwide. Hawk eventually acquired the assets from Lalo, LLC. In addition, Mr. Colton created an alliance with Nike, Inc as a part of the Middle East Peace Process, where Mr. Colton brought Nike to the country of Jordan resulting in the creation of over 1,300 jobs. He was the EVP of Element Markets where he led wind farm land lease development in West Texas. At Invincible, he served as the CEO and launched the Invincible® brand, its acclaimed “Ignite the Invincible Spirit Within You” slogan, and the “Beyond Winning” campaign. He assembled an industry-leading management team and board and led his team to complete an exclusive merchandising partnership with Foot Action USA, where the Invincible brand achieved a record-breaking new-brand launch. He secured an alliance with CAA and entered into long-term licensing agreements with the Indy Racing League, U.S. Women’s Soccer Players Association, Geren Ford and AVP Pro Beach Volleyball.

Mr. Colton serves on the board of directors of The Veteran Link. He serves at his local church in the security and equipping ministries. He was an All-American competitive swimmer and Santa Clara Swim Club alumnus.

Mr. Colton attended Southern Methodist University where he majored in Advertising, and De Anza College where he earned an Associate of Science Degree.
